Once you have made your purchase we will contact you via email as a confirmation of your order. Should you select personalization, a proof will be sent to you, usually within 48 hours during regular operating seasons and within 3-4 days during rush and holiday seasons. Once you have approved your proof your order will be shipped to you within 4-5 business days. On occasion rush orders can be accommodated. However, you should plan on your order taking 7-14 business days to arrive at your door.
If you purchase a note card, birth announcement, or ANY PRODUCT that has any sort of customization or personalization, you WILL recieve a PROOF!
At bizzybee creations we NEVER charge a setup fee. We believe in offering you the highest quality product at the lowest price possible and we believe free setup is the way to accomplish this. We do charge a small $1 fee for personalization, which is standard practice in the industry. You will find that our personalization fee is MUCH smaller than any company in business today.
Our shipping fees cover all shipping and handling charges. We always ship our packages via USPS mail. We ship either First Class Mail or Priority Mail depending on the weight of your package. We can accommodate overnight and rush shipping however; you will be billed for additional charges.
If you do encounter a problem, we will do whatever we can to help track the package or contact the post office. If for some reason the problem with shipping was a result of neglect on our end, we will do whatever is necessary to remedy the situation.
International Shipping – we can accommodate international shipping, however you will be billed an additional $3.00 to your package total. Please also allow an additional 3-4 days for shipment. *When placing an order from regions such as Asia and the Middle East, additional shipping charges may be incurred as shipping to those regions tend to be more expensive.

We go to great lengths to ensure your package will arrive safely at your door. We ship all of our packages via the United States Postal Service. As you can understand we CANNOT be responsible for the length of time a package takes once it leaves our office. Please ensure you have left enough time for variances in shipping, especially during rush and holiday seasons.
Because we send you a proof of your personalization, we are unable to facilitate refunds or returns on personalized orders. We expect that you will carefully check your proof(s) for the accuracy of its details. If for some reason you requested a correction that wasn’t made and the mistake was a result of an error on our end, we will ABSOLUTELY work with you to ensure the problem is corrected. And, where necessary, a refund will be issued.
If you were overcharged or paid for something you didn’t receive, please contact us and we will refund you that amount.
Because of the custom nature of our business we are unable to facilitate returns on any custom printed merchandise. If a problem happens to occurs, it will be dealt with as previously mentioned.
Any information given to bizzybee creations will NEVER be sold or redistributed to anyone for any reason. We will only use the provided information to personalize and/or ship your order. On occasion we send out batch emails, newsletters and promotions. If you wish to be taken off the distribution list for such items, please contact us and we will promptly remove you. Your privacy and the integrity of your email is important to us.
We are open and operating during the following hours:
Monday - Thursday: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Saturday - Sunday: CLOSED
Our office is closed during all major and federal holidays. Sometimes we are here later and things will be done after the office has closed but there are no guarantees on after hours business.
Our office will be closed for most of the month of May and some of June because I'm having a baby :)
