FAQ



Q:  I am trying to make a purchase and there isn’t a place for me to personalize my invitation or note card.
A:  Once your payment has been submitted and gone through the system, you will receive an email with all the instructions on how to personalize your purchase.  Please allow several hours for the payment to be processed and for you to receive your email instructions.


Q:  I called your voicemail system and left a message but have not received a return call.
A:  Due to the nature of our business, we try to conduct any correspondence we have with customers online via email.  This helps to alleviate any miscommunication that may happen over the phone as well as leaves a ‘paper trail’ if necessary.

Q:  I received my proof but the text appears really light, is this how my invitation will look?
A:  When we convert our files into a .pdf format, sometimes it lightens or slightly distorts the text and picture.  If you feel that your proof is too light or the text is illegible, please contact us and we will send you a larger version so that everything is as clear as we can make it.  Generally, the proof file is pretty true to print.

Q:  I have a coupon or promotion code but don’t know how or where to use it.
A:  During the checkout process you will be directed to different pages.  On page or step 2 there is a section that says credits available – please enter any code you have there and the discount will be taken before payment is due.

Q:  I saw a card I like but I want it in a different color, is this possible?
A:  In most cases our cards and invitations are pre-printed so we are unable to change any colors.  However, there are some that we print in house or send to the printer only when they have been specially customized for you.

Q:  Your cards and invitations are the cutest I’ve ever seen, do you purchase them from somewhere or do you design them yourself?
A:  Most of them I design myself.  However, there are certain cards or invitations that have graphics or images that I have purchased and agreed to their end user terms and conditions or have purchased a commercial license.

Q:  I am a store owner and am interested in purchasing your product wholesale, is this a possibility?

Q:  I have a card or invitation I want designed, do you do custom work?
A:  Yes.  For note cards there is a minimum purchase of 150 and bizzybee retains the rights to the design of the card and can, at their discretion, sell the design.  We also do custom baby announcements; there is a minimum purchase quantity of 50 for those.  Again, bizzybee creations retains the rights to the design of the announcement and can, at their discretion, sell the design.
